Taken from their debut album, Infectious Script, which was released this year, ‘Open Casket’ is a great example of what American rockers Wake Amnesia are all about.
With strong vocals that just seem to keep changing things up to the guitars that switch from intricate to soaring in a breath and back again almost under the radar, this song is a reflection of a strong album that has, unfortunately, probably been missed by a lot of potential fans.
If ‘Open Casket’ is your thing (the song…not the….you get it) then it’s well worth jumping back into Infectious Script too.
