There’s no doubting what is to come after a few seconds of the new track from Shadow of the Throne. There’s not really much of a calm before the storm on ‘MeltDown’ and we’re here for it.
The band’s aim is to combine elements of nu-metal and industrial metal amongst others and do so with aplomb. There’s enough of each to appreciate the separate elements but most importantly this doesn’t feel like it’s just copying anyone. There’s opportunity to singalong, headbang along and lose your shit in abundance.
