Seven years since their debut, Elder King are continuing to drive deathcore in the UK. Three album in and they are showing little signs of anything but getting more frustrated with the world they live in.
The new lineup for their most recent album, Loss, appears to be heading into 2023 with breakdowns pouring out of every orifice, pounding drums and powerful vocals. A combination that is sure to resonate with even the pickiest of deathcore lovers. Adding in Josh Davies from Monastaries is just the icing on the cake.
With a new EP titled Chronos on the horizon, released on the 3rd of February 2023, it’s an exciting time to join the growing masses of fans. Sadly the release is digital only at this point but fingers crossed for something physical this year. The artwork alone deserves it.
