At the beginning of March, American metal/hardcore outfit release their latest EP Tongue Tied and the highlight of said EP is the single ‘Overgrown’.
The single pulls all the strongest elements of their source genres, combining powerful vocals with some chunky-ass riffs. Whilst not bringing too much in terms of originality, the track and EP as a whole certainly showcase a proficiency in a genre that has become stagnant over the past decade. If this can be replicated live then Earth Growns may become a gem within the scene.
