Metalcore is a genre that seems to take the wrath of those no longer mad at nu-metal. It is often unfairly tarred with a negative brush before give even the smallest of chances. Doing that risks missing out on some real treats though.
One of those treats is Sweden’s Bite Down who have combined some more a metalcore style with a strong hardcore influence too. What comes out is pure power.
From the very opening riffs, through some powerful breakdowns, ‘Lost’ doesn’t pull any punches as it picks you up and drops you in a pit. Sweden has rejoined the party.
