Bronson Arm – Conscious Confuser
Release Date: 23rd April 2021
Genre: Noise Rock
Bronson Arm are a 2-piece noise rock band that are creating sounds that two people have no right to make on their own. Tongue-twistingly titled ‘Conscious Confuser’, this track is raw and unapologetic.
Coming in at just over three minutes long, the ebbing and flowing that occurs in that time keeps the listener so engaged it feels like much longer (in a good way!). A truly interesting song.
The F-use – Chaser
Release Date: 26th March 2021
Genre: Hard Rock
One man band The F-use, the brainchild of Matthew Estevez, is a project straight outta Nashville, so no pressure or anything living up to the scene there.
Thankfully, ‘Chaser’ has no interest in ‘living up’ to those that have come before and is a full-blooded, balls-out hard rock track. A track that feels like a celebration of all the bands that have come before and have influenced Estevez’s love of rock. Pure fun.
Octopus Montage – Vendetta
Release Date: 2nd April 2021
Genre: Easycore
A band starting to make waves through the heavy community in the UK, Octopus Montage are fusing genres and having fun while doing it.
‘Vendetta’ is a track that feels like another evolution in a band that haven’t really been around long enough to be going through evolutions yet, highlighting the talent that streams through this outfit. The potential here is really exciting and ‘Vendetta’ only heightens that.
