Los Angeles based singer/songwriter CardNoire returns with a song written in what he describes as a ‘darker period’ of his life, a statement that is reflected lyrically and vocally.
‘As time goes by things just stay the same for me’ is just one line that listeners will be able to connect with on a deeper level to your usual alt-rock track and, despite some softer elements on the song it’s easy to get swept up in the atmosphere.
At just shy of three and a half minutes, ‘Disconnected’ is almost gone before it starts, a positive for sure as the song’s reflective nature cause you to connect in a way many artists can only dream of.
