Enshroud – Open Vein

For the second time in a matter of days we have the Irish metal newbies Enshroud, this time featuring their track ‘Open Vein’ after bringing you ‘Shattered Inside’ last time.
‘Open Vein’ harbours many similar elements from ‘Shattered Inside’, as you would expect from a track from the same release. It’s still bruisingly heavy throughout, but there just feels to be a little more depth to the vocals here, on top of a whole host more angst in them.
There isn’t a chasm of variation between the two songs we’ve featured, but they’re a solid start for you to a band that have a bright future ahead of them.
