Single Review: Marmur – Suffer

Marmur – Suffer

Release Date: 18th April 2026

Ukrainian indie-synth-pop-rock duo Marmur are into year eight of being a band, with ‘Suffer’ being the second track released from their upcoming album, Impact. While the previously released track, ‘Idols‘, had a murky depth to it, ‘Suffer’ is in a relaxing Sunday stroll in comparison.

Atmospheric in the ‘drifting off while watching the clouds pass by’ sort of way, the track barely gets to a canter at any point, but that’s the beauty of it in truth. ‘Suffer’ allows you the time to slow down and dwell where the chaos of day to day doesn’t. Hauntingly beautiful vocals that evoke 90s alt-rock elevate the basic melody like a sweet caress as the lyrics describe the emotions of human connection. Almost four and a half minutes will pass by in the blink of an eye with this as the soundtrack.
