South Wales based quintet De’Lour have released their brand-new single ‘Echoes & Empires’ today.
The band comment on the track “The meaning behind the song ‘Echoes & Empires’ is about history repeating itself and trying to rebuild on a foundation that has already failed. You try again and again with the same outcome, only to realise each time you drag someone else into this cycle which needs to stop.
Musically,‘Echoes & Empires’ is a blend of heavy riffs and melodic hooks, with a slight discordant twist. The track features our soaring choruses and driving rhythms that we’ve become known for, whilst showcasing our evolution as a band.
