A bit of genre-spanning alt-rock next from British outfit Strawberry Lace. ‘Quicksand’ is from their reasonably recently released album Quadrafeline and is a perfect showcase for a band that don’t really put two songs out that sound too similar.
One of the most popular tracks from the latest release, ‘Quicksand’ is a track of two halves. Opening with a soft, considered first minute before the guitars truly join and catchy choruses land. All in all this is a deep track that is a lot of fun alongside it.
