Brazilian metal bands have some serious shoes to fill and over the past nine years that’s what Siriun have been trying to achieve. The latest single ‘Final Hour’ is the most recent effort and it is packing some serious heat.
Led by a ferocious drum beat and blistering riffs, the track is telling a tale of death and the acceptance of it – not the chirpiest of topics but a fitting subject for a metal track really. Vocally it isn’t exactly groundbreaking, but the instrumental sections, especially towards the end of the five-minute track, are powerful and will get even the most ardent of headbangers going.
