Tonight we caught Wheatus on their second night of the UK leg of the tour. They graced the Rescue Rooms stage like their were back home. Prepared with no set list and they just let the crowd choose what they wanted to hear which was amazing and also brave because remembering to play whatever was thrown at them from countless albums. I’ll always be a Wheatus fan and for as long as they keep going you’ll find me at their shows.
They were supported by Gabrielle Sterbenz & Lady Danger and also Frank Hamilton. Gabrielle and some of her band are part of Wheatus but it was nice to see the ladies take the limelight and opening the show. Nothing but beautiful voices and music throughout.
Next up was Frank Hamilton and wow this man was amazing, he definitely gained a new fan in me last night. He is a one man band with relatable lyrics and beautiful voice. Everyone should catch this one live.
