London nu-rock band Paradise fell. have released the music video for their single ‘Beautiful Life’, taken from their debut mixtape Songs for ur Head, out now via Fly Tip Records.
Vocalist Matty Bankhurst shares on the track, “Oftentimes we’re stuck in comparison, looking at everyone else’s beautiful life and it feels like we’re ‘on the outside looking in’. We often forget that social media is a highlight reel and not reality. We watch others seemingly live perfect lives while we’re struggling to ‘figure it out’. We often imagine ourselves in other people’s lives, having what they have, being where they are- This is something we wanted to capture in the video for this song.”
“Mental health is such a core theme in alternative music. I always knew I had something to say and maybe that could help some people one day, but for the longest time felt like it wasn’t my place to say it. So in many ways this mixtape is about finding your voice. Many of us are singing and screaming our way through the noise in our heads, trying to make sense of it all. These songs are about looking inward, embracing the messy, imperfect parts of ourselves and discovering beauty in the chaos.”
