Alternative artist RØRY has shared a music video for her latest single ‘Wolves’, an emotional track about loss and the weight of grief.
RØRY comments on the single, “‘WOLVES’ is the most desperate song I’ve ever written. It’s about grief—the kind that grips you in its teeth and doesn’t let go. I lost my mum to cancer, and this song is my way of saying there is literally nothing I wouldn’t do to have her back, even for a second. Including throwing away my own life.”
Talking about her experience making the video, “Filming with real wolves was pretty terrifying, but it had to be done! So there I am, trying to keep my cool… and then I get the news that my debut album RESTORATION hit the UK Top 10! Safe to say, there was a lot of freaking out that day… not one I’ll forget in a hurry!”
RØRY is not just celebrating turning 40, she’s celebrating a milestone of breaking records, her debut album landing an official top 10 spot in the UK charts.
