UK metal band Defects have released their latest single ‘Goliath’, a track previously only available on physical CD and vinyl of their album Modern Error.
Vocalist Tony Maue speaks on the track, “‘Goliath’ was written during the middle of COVID. I had randomly been contacted by my mother and it really affected me. The last thing I wanted was contact after everything that happened. For me there’s too much water under the bridge. The person she was/is I can’t be around. The song is to serve as a pillar to basically say ‘leave me and my life alone’.”
Defects will be touring this month through to November, with support from Proflier and Knife Bride. Tickets are available now.
