Four-piece Catch Your Breath have released a brand-new single ‘Ghost Inside The Shall’. Along with this single, they have announced the forthcoming release of the deluxe edition of their album Shame On Me.
Vocalist Joshua Mowery comments on the new single, “‘Ghost Inside The Shell’ is a song about life’s struggles catching up to you. You aren’t sure where things went wrong or why they never seem to work out, but you are at the end of your rope and need an escape.”
