A delightful play on ‘Viking’ is the first thing you’ll notice when it comes to the wife/wife-founded quarter that is VIQUEEN. Next is probably some kick-ass riffs.
‘Sick Sad World’ was released towards the start of the month and the fact we’re only just drawing your attention to it borders on criminal, but here we are and here they are. Combining melodic metal with almost grunge-like vocals, the track probably deserves more than the sub-three-minute run time it has, despite how much power is packed into it.
