With huge riffs of vocals with more than a hint of an American twng, Stage Moms fit firmly into that pop-punk genre that is almost at saturation point as it is. Here though we do get some heavier riffs that don’t feel like they’re just a throwback to a sound they used to have and it’s definitely more towards the rockier side of things than it is pop. No wheel-reinventing is going on, but there’s plenty to enjoy.
