German based band Seven Blood have released their latest single ‘Strangers’, taken from the band’s forthcoming debut album Life Is Just A Phase, set for release on 21st November. Pre-order the album now.
Speaking on the new single, vocalist Azaria Nasiri shares, “For me, ‘Strangers’ is about that moment you catch yourself and realise, ‘Wow, I’ve totally lost who I am because I was so focused on saving someone else.’ It’s about that draining cycle of giving and giving in a toxic relationship until your own needs just don’t exist anymore.
“The song’s really about taking yourself back. It’s about making that hard choice to walk away and go back to being strangers. Not just with them, but with the version of you who carried all their stuff. It’s an act of self-love, and a way of finding your way back home to yourself.”
On the upcoming full-length release, Nasiri comments, “We’ve poured all our musicality and passion into this debut album. This work marks an exciting new chapter in our band’s history, and we’re proud of the result. It captures us as SEVEN BLOOD perfectly.”
