АНТАЙТЛД – повільна
Release Date: 27th May 2025
Ukrainian for ‘Untitled’, АНТАЙТЛД are pure chaos. Following twenty seconds of atmosphere-building riffs and mild chanting, energy is unleashed in no uncertain terms. Fans of both post and….pre hardcore should have something to get excited about here. Catchy guitars give way to harsh vocals and powerful riffs. A fun time for all.
Havenlost – Haven
Release Date: 27th March 2025
Sticking in the general hardcore area, Spanish outfit Havenlost released their latest track ‘Haven’ at the end of March and it seems to stick a little closer to the post-hardcore style than anything else. The melodic guitars are reminiscent of pop-punk in places but those heavy, heavy vocals show that it clearly isn’t. A mosher’s dream.
Tucana – Spirit Bomb
Release Date: 22nd April 2025
Canadian rockers Tucana are an emerging force when it comes to the softer end of punk. Not quite getting the attention they deserve, ‘Spirit Bomb’ should be the track that boosts them along. Catchy vocals and lyrics that urge you to sing along, there’s little chance you’ll be able to stop your body moving along to this one.
Slung – Class A Cherry
Release Date: 10th April 2025
A slow and broody affair from one of Hardbeat’s favourites, Slung, saw ‘Class A Cherry’ released ahead of their debut album, In Ways. As alt-rock as it is doomy, the track is slow and heavy in equal measures, again showcasing the breadth of talent and inspiration that these British rockers bring to the table. 2025 should be a breakout year for this band.
Dear Tash – Outsiders
Release Date: 10th April 2025
There’s something very modern about Dear Tash, yes this is an alt-rock style track, but it is more heavily focused on the vocals than a lot of songs in this area. This causes the track to ooze emotion throughout making ‘Outsiders’ more of a ‘swayer’ than a ‘jump around-er’ for the most part. The outro does crank it up a little more though, with some catchy guitarwork thrown into the mix.
