The much-loved ArcTanGent Festival taking place in August has announced a new wave of bands to the 2025 line up.
The bands announced today joining the line up are ATG favourites, Maybeshewill; mathcore band Fronterier; God Is An Astronaut; The Callous Daoboys; Mclusky, as well as silent disco sets from Nordic Giants; AK/DK, Yard and John Cxnnor.
Festival organiser and booker, James Scarlett shares, “ArcTanGent Festival 2025 has truly become a diverse spectrum of extraordinary sounds that we’re all extremely proud of at ATG HQ. From ground-breaking live band silent disco sets to even more one-of-a-kind sets (Maybeshewill with accompanying strings will be something to behold), it’s really starting to feel like this summer’s most unique music festival is right around the corner.”
Maybeshewill also comment, “To mark our 20th year as a band we wanted to put together a special set that looked back on the whole of our career. Drawing on some rarely performed songs from our back catalogue, we’ll be joined by an ensemble of additional musicians who have played with us over the years. ArcTanGent has always felt like home to us, and it felt like the perfect setting to celebrate this milestone amongst friends.”
