Heading back to a band we featured pretty recently is always fun and it’s for good reason this time as Unsafe release the second track from their upcoming EP, Couleurs.
‘Rouge’ is the title of said track and, whilst it is more of the same, this certainly doesn’t feel like a carbon copy of ‘Mint’. The topic of fighting back following heartbreak, and the difficulties of starting again in a new relationship, fits perfectly with the style. It’s raw and packed with energy and that mirrors the harsh landscape of dating where passion can only get you so far.
‘Rouge’ is another milestone on the journey for Unsafe and it’s a journey we’re loving watching unfold here at Hardbeat.
