Bloodstock Open Air announced three of the bands that will be going the 2018 line-up, already consisting of headliners, Gojira, Nightwish and Judas Priest.
Joining Gojira on Friday will be the mighty Emperor. The Norwegian black metal legends last played Bloodstock in 2014, headlining the Saturday night, but this time take the social guest spot, bringing their 20th anniversary show for Anthems to the Welkin at Dusk to the UK, playing the album in full. Headlining or not, this UK exclusive show is going to make one hell of a night.
On the Sunday, American punk-metal hybrids and the most aggressive band in metal, Nails will be dominating the people of Bloodstock. Armed with 2016’s rager of an album You Will Never Be one Of Us, Nails plan on bringing dangerous music back to the forefront of metal.
Also on the Sunday, having last appeared on the 2013 line-up, DevilDriver make their long awaited return to Bloodstock. The kings of circle pits are bringing their Californian breed of metal to our shores in support of their newest album Trust No One.
